Where teens get the real stage experience — no watered-down version, no kiddie stuff.
Your teen doesn't want a "kids activity." They want something that actually challenges them — real vocal work, real choreography, real character depth, and a cast that becomes their people. That's exactly what our Senior program is built for.
This is a full-length musical, start to finish. Teens get a script and a part (or two!) — lines to learn, dance steps and music to work on at rehearsal and at home. And because I believe every performer deserves lots of opportunities, this production is double cast — so your teen gets to build both a "main" role AND a supporting role, stretching their range as an actor.
Set in the razzle-dazzle world of 1920s Chicago, this show follows Roxie Hart, a spotlight-chasing performer who lands herself in murderess's row after a scandal goes sideways. There she meets Velma Kelly, a nightclub star with her own headline-making past, and the two become unlikely rivals — and eventually allies — as they claw their way toward fame, fighting for the same thing: the spotlight.
With the help of a slick lawyer who knows exactly how to work a courtroom (and a crowd), Roxie and Velma learn that in this world, notoriety can be just as powerful as talent — and that everyone's got an angle when it comes to getting what they want.
It's sharp, it's stylish, and it's got some serious bite — which makes it the perfect show for teens ready to dig into big characters, sneaky humour, and choreography with real edge.
