Mondays 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
September 11th - December 18th
January 1st - January 15th Mondays 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Show week January 15th - 21st
Location - 287 Water St (Water St Church)
Program cost is $550 (tax included and can be made in instalments)
Your performer will receive over 45 hours of rehearsal, special workshops and an opportunity to perform in front of a number of live audiences
Show info:
Performers will receive a script and a part(s) and will be expected to memorize lines, work on dance steps and music during rehearsal and at home. I do believe in every child having lots of opportunities so I usually work with the script to make this achievable.
Rehearsals will begin September 11th 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at 287 Water St (Water St Church)
We will rehearse like this until December 18th and start again in the new year
In the new year we start rehearsal January 1st 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm - this is tentative but we also do not want performers to forget all they have learnt
There may be a rehearsal or two added in the new year before the show. This information will be sent to you with advanced notice.
We are proud and excited to announce our Senior Show this year is LEGALLY BLONDE JR
The show tells the story of Elle Woods, a sorority girl who enrols at Harvard Law School to win back her ex-boyfriend Warner. She discovers how her knowledge of the law can help others, and she successfully defends exercise queen Brooke Wyndham in a murder trial. Throughout the show, very few characters have faith in Elle, but she manages to surprise them when she defies expectations while staying true to herself.
The show dates are January 18th - 21st
The week of the show there will be some extra rehearsals in the evenings.
