“My kid isn’t really a theatre kid…”
Oh, I hear that one ALL the time! And honestly? That’s exactly who I love having in the room.
Theatre isn’t just for the loud kids. It’s for the quiet ones, the silly ones, the “I’m not sure about this” ones, and the ones who’ve tried every activity and nothing has stuck. No auditions. No pressure to be perfect. Just a room full of kids playing, creating and surprising themselves (and you!).
After 20+ years and 500+ students, here’s what I KNOW: give a kid room to play and explore, and they will amaze you.

PD Day Camp FAQs
What ages is PD Day Camp for?
Kids ages 7–13! Everything we do is built so younger and older campers can play, create and perform together… and the older kids LOVE getting to lead the way.
Does my kid need any experience? Is there an audition?
Nope, and NOPE! There are no auditions, ever. Whether your kiddo has been belting show tunes since they could talk or has never set foot on a stage, we meet kids where they are. Every kid gets their moment to shine. ✨
My kid is pretty shy… will they actually have fun?
Yes! Theatre isn’t just for the loud kids. We start the day with games and play, so quieter kids can warm up at their own pace. After 20+ years of teaching, I can tell you some of my shyest campers end up surprising everyone… including themselves. 💛
My kid is a bit over-the-top dramatic. Is this the place for them?
Oh, we LOVE big personalities! Camp gives all that energy somewhere fun to go, and builds real skills like listening, teamwork and taking turns in the spotlight.
What does a camp day actually look like?
A full day of musical theatre! Theatre games, scene work, singing, dancing and more, with breaks for lunch and snacks. It’s busy, it’s silly, and it’s SO much fun.
What are the camp hours?
Camp runs 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, with drop-off from 8:30 am and pick-up until 4:30 pm.
Where is camp held?

Is there a performance at the end of the day?
Not a formal show! PD Day Camp is all about play, creativity and trying new things. Your kiddo will probably perform the whole day for you on the ride home anyway. We may film some of what we have learnt and send a private link to a video so you can watch at home.
Can my kid come to more than one PD Day Camp?
Absolutely! Every camp day is a little different, so returning campers always have something new to try. [
What’s your cancellation / refund policy?
If you need to cancel, 1 week prior you receive a full refund, 72 hours prior %50 back and after 72 hours you do not receive any fund back but if you have another performer who can take their place you can receive the full refund.
